The retail chain Perekrestok in partnership with PROGRESS manufacturing the FrutoNyanya brand have created a service of free delivery from the supermarket for families with children. The service will be available until the end of April in Moscow and St Petersburg.
To place an order, a member of the Perekrestok Family Club can call 8 (800) 200 95 55 and the call center operator will help make an order and offer a courier delivery option. If placed before noon, the order will be delivered on the same day. The orders for families with children will be delivered by the KidsWay volunteers specializing in the children support and education services, which will increase confidence in the service quality.
“What is on top of Perekrestok’s agenda is to quickly create helpful and relevant services to make sure our customers can comfortably and, what is crucial now, safely go through the self-isolation period. Perekrestok continues building an infrastructure to minimize external contacts during the pandemic. Earlier, the retailer launched a service for older people when they can order the food products by phone and get them delivered from the nearest supermarket. The service is available in 12 supermarkets in Moscow and 31 stores in St Petersburg.
