PROGRESS JSC, one of the leading Russian manufacturers of baby food under the FrutoNyanya brand, was recognized as the winner in the Business Cases Solving nomination of the prestigious Directum Awards business Process Digitalization case study competition. The award recognizes the development and successful implementation of the automated risk management system "RISK RADAR" on the Directum RX platform.
"Winning the Directum Awards is a well–deserved assessment of the results of the team's implementation of the strategy for implementing and automating the Company's risk management system. The RISK RADAR project has become one of the key elements of corporate governance and a tool that provides reasonable confidence in achieving business goals. Today, we are not only responding promptly to challenges, but also proactively managing risks and opportunities," said Kristina Buyanova, Director of the Operational and Financial Risk Management Department at PROGRESS JSC.
The RISK RADAR project was implemented by an internal team of experts from the Department and the Company's IT specialists. The project team was led by Viktor Shurygin, Head of Risk Management and Internal Control at PROGRESS JSC. The system allowed the company to automate the processes of identification, analysis and assessment of risks, control the execution of orders for their mitigation, as well as to monitor the compliance of the Company's activities with regulatory requirements.
The award ceremony took place on April 16, 2026 in Moscow as part of the Directum Forum 2026. Digital Practices of Leaders, which brought together more than 400 participants – experts from the IT industry, digital transformation and representatives of the business community. During the event, unique cases of innovative solutions were presented, as well as current trends in business process automation and risk management were highlighted.
