PROGRESS, a major Russian baby food manufacturer, announces the appointment of a new CEO. Natalia Medunova took the helm on January 9, 2019.
Natalia Medunova has a 15+ year track record in the FMCG segment. She started her career in 2002 at Lianozovsky Dairy Plant (part of Wimm-Bill-Dann). Since 2003, Natalia Medunova held various positions at Wimm-Bill-Dann joining the Russian division of the international company PepsiCo in 2012 where she was appointed Key Account Director in 2015. Natalia has a vast experience in leading high performance teams across multiple functions and successfully partnering with large retail customers.

Regina Kosulnikova who previously served as Acting CEO was appointed to the position of Executive Director.
PROGRESS is one of the largest players in the Russian baby food market with a 35% share. The Company manufactures products under 3 recognizable brands: FrutoNyanya, FrutoNyanya Malisham and Lipetsky Buvet. The production site of PROGRESS is a high-tech plant in Lipetsk Region.
