PROGRESS JSC became the winner of the Volunteer of the Year 2025 competition in the Business category. The award was received as a result of the company's comprehensive social activities in 2025, which were presented in key areas:
- Corporate charity — participation of employees in social projects aimed at supporting vulnerable categories of citizens and developing local communities.
- Humanitarian aid — targeted support for those in need, including assistance to social institutions and low-income families.
- Support for children with disabilities (HIA) — the implementation of programs aimed at the integration, development and improvement of the quality of life of children with disabilities.
Volunteer of the Year is a regional competition that identifies and rewards the best practices in social responsibility and volunteering. The project aims to promote a culture of mutual assistance, support social initiatives, and strengthen partnerships between businesses, non-profit organizations, and local communities.
This year, Roman Balashov, Deputy Governor of the Lipetsk Region, awarded the most socially responsible citizens and businesses.
