Dmitry Makarkin, Innovation & Change Management Director at PROGRESS, attended the 3rd annual conference Food Industry & Retail that was arranged by the Vedomosti newspaper on October 24 in St Petersburg in order to host a discussion of a wide range of topics – healthy lifestyle, cooperation between manufacturers, retailers and end consumers and new legislative aspects of the industry regulation.
According to Dmitry Makarkin, Innovation Director at PROGRESS producing baby food under the FrutoNyanya brand, the market has a strong outlook due to the Government’s involvement. The trigger was the Decade of Childhood project launched in Russia in 2018 following a decree of the Russian President, the expert says.
The quality assurance and safety system in the factory complies with the highest requirements and standards for baby food production.
