Sergey Kirkin, Director of Business Development at JSC PROGRESS, spoke at the session "Consumer behaviour in the context of digitalisation, new criteria for assessing the quality of goods" during the international forum World Quality Day. This year, the audience of the event exceeded 500 thousand people.
In his presentation, Sergey talked about the way e-commerce and digital technologies are evolving and how this trend is influenced by generational shifts and external circumstances, how the boundaries between online and offline commerce are blurring and how they are complementing each other. Sergey noted both the existing barriers in these two channels and the conditions that would allow to break them down, and shared his vision of the Friendly shelf, which every company should strive to create.
The session was attended by representatives of PJSC Sberbank Analytical Department, IMECCA A.C in Panama, SPAR-KALININGRAD and INFOLine-Analytics. A recording of the session is available here.
