Where is one of Russia's oldest special economic zones? Who creates a car tire skeleton? Why does the life of a whole city largely depend on steel prices? How do pensioners help robots make baby food?
To understand this, let’s turn to PROGRESS, a major baby food manufacturer in Russia, managing the FrutoNyanya brand
Dmitry Makarkin, Innovation & Change Management Director at PROGRESS, attended the 3rd annual conference Food Industry & Retail that was arranged by the Vedomosti newspaper on October 24 in St Petersburg in order to host a discussion of a wide range of topics – healthy lifestyle, cooperation between manufacturers, retailers and end consumers and new legislative aspects of the industry regulation.
According to Dmitry Makarkin, Innovation Director at PROGRESS producing baby food under the FrutoNyanya brand, the market has a strong outlook due to the Government’s involvement. The quality assurance and safety system in the factory complies with the highest requirements and standards for baby food production.
