There is always a shortage of qualified personnel on the labor market in advanced industries - IT technology,
online business, and professions related to manufacturing, trade, and services. Such fields often require young
professionals who are ready for dynamic work, learning new things and constant development. But how can
students and applicants without work experience obtain the necessary competencies and get a job?
"By doing an internship at our company and learning about production, a young professional will be able to get
a full picture of his or her possible future career and gain additional positive experience. Some of our interns
come to work for us after university because the internship has enabled them to understand exactly what they
want to do and whether their profession is really in demand. We remember every student well and are happy to
