The rating was based on voting among employees and applicants. In addition, HR market experts assessed the quality of work with people in companies. For each of the three stages, the participants were awarded grades. This year, more than 338 thousand applicants participated in the voting.

This shows that we are moving in the right direction, while improving those processes that work well and transforming what needs to be changed. All the finalists of the rating are marked with a special icon visible for every applicant.

The rating of the best employers in Russia has been held since 2010 and is the country’s most extensive and authoritative rating, which takes into account the best foreign practices. In 2022, 1,996 different companies took part in the rating of the best employers in Russia, and only 1,082 managed to become finalists.
